The Controller has not appointed a DPO/RPD because the cases under Article 37 GDPR do not apply.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

• Replying to contact and quote requests — performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Measuring the use of the public quote calculator — storing visits, completed steps, calculator selections, WhatsApp clicks, IP address and user agent in order to improve the quote flow, prevent abuse and understand commercial demand (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Managing personalized fleet quotes — generating personal links, sending emails, saving attempted configurations and the selected final quote, for the performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Anonymous statistical analysis of visits — data subject consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time through the cookie banner.

3. Data Collected

• Browsing data: IP addresses, IP address hash, browser type, operating system, visited pages and access time.
• Public quote calculator data: visits to /estimare, interaction events, completed steps, selected services, packages, add-ons, estimated total, WhatsApp clicks, referrer, page language and technical screen/viewport dimensions.
• Data provided voluntarily: name, phone number, email and message entered in the contact form.
• Fleet quote data: email, name, company, phone, notes, personal link, calculator configurations, selected services, quantities, frequencies, discounts and calculated amounts.
• Technical fleet quote data: token status, email delivery date, sessions, calculator events, user agent and IP address hash.

No special categories of data are processed (Article 9 GDPR).

4. Recipients

• Hosting provider — servers hosting the site.
• Email/SMTP provider — delivery of personal fleet quote links.
• Analytics providers (only with prior consent) — Google LLC or equivalent, with anonymized IP and aggregated data.
• Competent authorities — where required by law.

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Transfers to Third Countries

Any transfers to countries outside the EU take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.

6. Retention Period

• Contact requests: for the time needed to manage the request, and up to 10 years for civil/tax obligations.
• Public /estimare calculator events: up to 180 days, including raw IP and visit count.
• Fleet calculator events: up to 180 days.
• Final fleet quotes: up to 2 years, unless additional obligations apply or erasure is requested where applicable.
• Quote email delivery logs: up to 1 year.
• Analytics data: 14 months (anonymized IP).
• Server logs: maximum 30 days.

7. Data Subject Rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
